The Dametreos Chronicles: Peregrine Politics
Power corrupts, so the saying goes. And sadly, for the United Kingdom of the Black Falcons, this is the case. After the death of King Falconis XXVIII, a puppet king is crowned, and the Black Falcons are at the mercy of the manipulative Marquis d' Durlass. But there is someone else who has his sights on the throne. Martin Humboldt has a plan, and he is just about to execute it. The problem is, he is no better than the man he wants to overthrow. Now it is up to the Rebel Resistance, a group of rebel Black Falcons -- led by the Lone Falcon -- and the oustedservice cell Bulls -- led by King Barbod, to reclaim the throne and turn the Black Falcons back into the honorable nation they once were. It will take the will of all if they are to have a chance of succeeding.
