Re: Collectible Minifigs trading thread
Hey folks!
I am looking for Spartans (most important) and Romans, as many as I can get. I have quite a few of the later series (5,6,7), as well as a few of the earlier ones. If you have Spartans or Romans you are willing to trade, PM me with some wants and I'll see what I can do!
Thanks!

The April Fool
Howdy y'all! I believe there are only a few left who remember my first day back on '06. Well, that was today, only of that year and not this one, and that means that I've been more or less around for 6 years! Wow, how the time flies. So, yeah. Thanks for all the awesome memories to those members bot...

Power Functions
Hey all! I am interested in making a MOC with Power Functions in the near future but I have to experience with them what-so-ever. So... I need some help. I have some ideas for what I want to do but I would rather keep it on the DL for now, so if anyone has experience with Power Functions, could you ...

Building Factions (Pieces wanted)

Re: MOC: Chapel
I agree with Iron Will: it is too small to be much of a chapel. However, the design is brilliant and very pleasing. The esthetic of the MOC is very good, I get a very northern European feel. Well done!

Re: Two Mosaics: Doctor Emmett Brown and Pinky & The Brain
Hey Josh!
Great work here! The Doc Brown one captures the character very well, in my opinion. Very nicely done. Pinky and The Brain is well done as well: it captures the feel of the cartoon perfectly.

Re: Earth Elemental Dragon
Impressively done! There is so much to like about this that I don't know where to start... The wings made out of the palm branches are incredible, the neck and tail are extremely awesome with the palm tree sections (even practical for posing). I must say, if I were to have a dragon, I would want one...

Re: Sets or Bricklinking specific parts?
I would say that some of both is the best policy. Sets will always get you a good variety of pieces, including some that you wouldn't think you would need for Castle building until you need them. They also get you minifigs and such, which is (almost) always good. However, they can be rather expensiv...

Re: Shh! I'm hunting Wobbits
I love the wing coming through the wall, it's a really nice touch. :) I couldn't agree more. The wing in the hole in the wall is awesome. Overall, the MOC has a very nice feel to it. The halls are very monochromatic, which I'm not sure if I like or dislike at this point. I generally tend to dislike...

Re: Woah, who is this guy!?
Ah, yes. I'm looking at various housing options for next year. If I can get into a campus house or apartment I may be able to bring some of my brick along next year so keep myself occupied in my down time. For now, though, I get my fix with minifigs!

Re: Woah, who is this guy!?
Well, yes and no. Eastern Oregon is still my permanent address but I am currently in college on the other side of the state, hence the no room for my LEGO.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Merchant Wagon
Well done, sir! Having attempted similar things in the past, I know how hard it can be to create such a pretty (and functional) looking wagon. It has a upper-class Asian feel in a decidedly European manner (if that makes sense...?). Glad to see you building again, Spawn, and I can't wait to see the ...
