Naah, the flat top seems too modern and too out-of-character for Murtagh. If you still need ideas for Urgals, you could clip Bull horns to a Gammorean, maybe with paint, as I pictured them a reddish creatures with ratlike heads.

Clones are very, very, overrated. Look at it! Clones are, well, clones, yet they have personalities, custom armor, names, etc. I can't go to an action figure/minifig custom board without seeing millions of clone customs! I hate clones! Stormtroopers, however, rule.
