It's a small floating village, or rather, a few buildings from a larger village displayed at Brickfest 06.

I think it should be clarified that this is not a change in policy, just a clear statement of policies that have been in effect from the very beginning.

So don't expect secret police and such, the level of secret policing will be the same as always

Neat idea, but if you are going for realism, those balloons have to be WAY bigger.

It is a steam-powered one-legged hopping vehicle.
