Have a look at these two . Notice how there are nearly twice as many dorids as clonetroopers, and roughly the same amount of non-minifig parts. Why? Droids are cheaper. The clones are bigger, and all have helmets and guns. I can't see many guns with the droids, but besides that, they're smaller and ...

Gumby, you beat me to it. Lego has to have stuff other than just minifigs in the battle packs because Hasbro has the rights to SW action figures. I think that if the packs are a big enough success, then Castle would be the next logical theme, especially considering they've steered KK2 away from the ...

This looks like a fun contest. I'm glad the admins have the patience to set this up.

One question. Say I do a cliff vignette, for whaever reason. Would I lose marks for having the cut-out (id est, not supposed to be visible) sides solid, flat, and grey?

My prediction was right. If you're lacking in landscaping bricks, perhaps you could order some from Bricklink? Just a suggestion. I'm also not sure about the transparent cones, but that's your call. Gosh, I sound negative. Better fix that. The bridge is awesome. You've done a great job simulating th...

The gallery is not yet public, but seeing as you built this so quickly, I'm going to venture a guess that there's room for improvement. Maybe I'll be wrong, though.

I shall advice you. For a walled city, I'd say that Batman, depending on which sets you have, may be very helpful for the buildings. As far as Lego-provided bulk goes, I don't think any of the tubs would work, as they are multicolored, but you could order individual bulk bags from their website. Als...

That's a mighty fine laynard there. What are you going to use it for?

Oh, and Lord of the Lego, if I played hockey, I'd throw my stick really hard at you for associating Canada with Mega Blocks.

This has to be one of the most organic-looking airships I've ever seen. It's great. I would have preffered a regular picture or two, though.

Another really original idea used. We're going to run out pretty soon, you know.

Seriously, though, this is great. You've taken a good idea and executed it very well. My one suggestion is that, seeing as it's a floating rock, it should be steam-propeller driven. Or not. Thanks for posting it.

These models are really nice to look at, and I particularily like them because they're somewhat simple. Thank you.

That's good. Do you use decals? It probably wouldn't be too hard to make a half-mask sticker, assuming you can find good sources.

The brick sculpting you've done is impressive. The fact that you mixed in slopes really helps. I have no problem with the sails, but a yellow trim would definitely look good. My favorite detail has to be the black 1x1's.

I think that to compensate for KKII, there should be a classic army kit: 4x Dark Grey Old Broadsword 4x Black Pointy Helmet, open at bottom 2x Brown Longbow 2x Brown Crossbow 2x Brown Quiver 2x Dark Grey Circular Archer's Helmet 4x Oval Shield, (design undetermined) 1x Gold Crown 10x 1x2x5 Light Gre...
