That is very unfortunate.

Those kind of people are everywhere, though, and a situation like this is bound to happen now and then.

I do hope you get your money's worth out of it in the end.

Wow. I had seen these before in a different post, and was utterly amazed at the creativity. This explaination was extrordinarily helpful in deciphering the origins of these soldiers. You are very good with detailing.

These miniatures are truly incredible.

Fantastic work!

With a MOC like that, I don't think it would have been that hard to emerge!

Very unique detailing, and a fair amount of space for adventures in the interior. I highly enjoyed it!

This is an incredible model. I especially enjoy the inverted mountain pieces that look as if the buildings were based on the ground at one point.

The laundry line-like aspect is also very clever.

I would have to say that I just find the whole sword to be unappealing in a soldier's hand. I'm not a fan of its shape, though with a slight change, it might look alright in the hands of a magic wielder? I suppose it just looks too much like a specialty item, and should be toned down and look more g...

Thank you both for the welcome!

Yes, I have owned several classic sets over the years. The first of which was 6044 and once I had a taste, I've been hungry ever since!

Thank you all very much.

I am certainly happy that I can express my views on LEGO's current direction, as well as be able to glorify the past  , on a site such as this were there is a welcome diversity of opinion!

What a wonderful review! I thought I might reply to this, as I have one of my own. After purchasing the Castle of Morcia, I have to admit I wasn't too let down, as my hopes weren't high to begin with. I simply thought I would get a jump on KK2 and see what it was all about. After this experien...

An absolutely beautiful MOC. You can just see it standing on the shore with 'Let Your Light Shine' by Blind Willie Johnson playing in the background along with the sound of the waves. Very peaceful! 8) I also read your article related to it. Genius! I can't wait to use those techniques on my own MOCs.

This set truly is a gold mine in terms of bulking up a viking army fast! I know that I am excited to buy one. I also believe the price is reasonable, and certainly more appealing then the KK2 chess set.

Is it possible that someone would purchase this set to truly play chess??

Hi there!

As I've read some others have done before registering, I have been reading through posts here for days. I've always been a fan of castle LEGO, managing to own a few various sets in the early 90's. While I am not a fan of of what LEGO has done the past few years in terms of castle, I am certainly eag...
