Sale's over... but mention that you're from Classic-Castle in the notes section of your order, and I'll give you 15% off your order total (excluding shipping)!

This offer is good on sets & parts until the end of November 2011.

Forestmen sets for sale, and more!

Hello, I'm looking to thin out my collection and create more space to build MOCs instead, so I've listed some of my favourite castle sets for sale on my Bricklink store. The castle sets I currently have listed include: 6054 Forestmen's Hideout $67.50 6066 Camouflaged Outpost $81 6066 Camouflaged Out...

Re: Stretching your brick collection

Just wondering if most of you experienced MOCers prefer to use 1x2 rather than 1x4 (or 1x6, etc). If so, what's the reasoning? I've stocked pile a lot of 1x_ (mainly 4 and 6) and would like to try to put something together (castle themed of course), but should I switch to 1x2 instead? Personally, I...

Re: Help with towers

And while I am asking questions, I will ask two more. I am trying to buy parts for my castle, but what is the difference between light grey and light bluish grey? Or, more importantly, which is the more common color? I have pictures of a castle I made here: (http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/181170) ...

It's such a treat to not only see the finished product, but to witness the planning/progress throughout the build as well. Your Castle creations have really matured over the years, Tony (and your train MOCs just started off amazing). :)

Well, if someone only wanted 1 forestman, but had extras, I'm sure s/he might want to trade for something else!

The pieces Jim is selling are old grays. At this point in time, the chances of finding pieces in the old colours on PAB are highly unlikely!

Re: St. Sava's Cathedral Project

I have a new picture, though it's not all that "new". It's the same picture as before, but I've slid baseplates underneath it to create an actual stud-map. It turns out the drawing I'm using is flawed - the front doors don't line up with the centerline of the building - but I'll fix that ...

If you can build something out of LEGO and make not look like LEGO, that's a good thing!
