I agree, civilians are needed. Hordes of peasants who do the dirty work. I want to send my brand new knights into the fields of battle, not fields full of potatoes. :)

A market and a tavern would be great. TLC, you make them. I buy them.

It's now official. I will lay my hands on at least one of each new Castle set. The only one I'm a bit concered about is 7093, the Skeleton Tower. I like the clean look on the new Castle sets, but 7093 isn't that cool if you ask me. But hey, I'm 28, not 8. And I guess there were more of the latter gr...

I picked the Forestmen--as they were my childhood favorite. So did I. I had a bunch of good Crusader and Black Falcon sets, when the Forestmen appeared. A castle with no peasants around it doesn't exist in my book (and of course there's always a need for a underground resistance group striving for ...

I'm also in favour of helmets with smaller holes. Another thing that kinda annoys me is that helmets with horns wasn't a widespread headgear among the non-lego vikings. So if you, like me, are interested in incorporating the 11th century scandinavian feeling into your building, these helmets would h...

Tadaa... my first posting ever here on CC. Well. I went yellow. Why? I am actually old enough that I probably saw it on the shelves in my local toy store. The yellow castle ("Gula borgen" in Swedish) was quite mythical even in the early 80's. A lot of kids talked about it and wanted the ca...
