My wife is a hobbyist- but not Lego (she knits). We made a deal earlier this year that, to make us both aware of the money we spent on our hobbies, I could match her knitting purchases with Lego purchases. Much sooner than expected, she had her second $250 yarn-store loyalty card filled up and I pla...

King of Prussia, PA, Lego Store Grand Opening

Remember, this weekend (October 3-5) is the grand opening for the new Lego store at the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania. I'll be there helping out- I'd love to meet any AFOLs who stop by!

New Lego Store: King of Prussia, PA

I haven't seen any announcements about this here (I may have missed it), but a new Lego store is slated to open at the King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The soft opening is scheduled for September 18, with a grand opening near the beginning of October. Hope to see you there!

Great tower. If you have the bricks available, though, I'd recommend trying to work the big rock pieces (BURPs) in better. As it is, it's fairly simple to pick out those big pieces, but a few gray pieces would help them blend in. It'll look great at BrickCon.

I picked up 8635 last week and was thrilled to discover just how cool it is. This is one of the most entertaining sets I've built in a long time. The number of hidden compartments, gadgets, vehicles, and other features is stunning. I highly recommend this set and, if the rest of the sets in this the...
