Re: Pirates Sail Away in 2010

I do find it somewhat interesting though that the Ambassadors have been told there will be no pirates in 2010 but Castle has been left quit at this point. If there was no castle as well wouldn't they most likely be told at the same time? Just speculation.

Just a thought. Do you think Dark Elves (Drow) might be more appealing to kids then good elves? The arguement has been made that kids see elves as kind of girly. Give us some light purple heads and problem solved. Maybe we are thinking of different colours here, but isn't 'light purple' bordering o...

Lego signs Agreement with Disney!!!

What does this mean for Castle? Well one of the lines included is the upcoming Prince of Persia film wich is kind of medevil far east based. That could pose some interesting elements for castle.

I use the 3 new Dragons as my main ones. They actually speak and have been around since the beginning of time. Red one and the Black one are evil and hate the human race. Green sees hope in humanity. The old school dragons, are basically "summoned" creatures by the Dragon Masters. The DM ...

There is a new blonde female hair peice for the Ind Jones set. This will work great for castle! There may also be new Leia hair in the picture with the AT-ST in it.

TRU Buy 2, Get 1 question

Anyone know how often they run this type of sale or if one is coming up soon. I have some gift cards that are burning a hole in my pocket.

I don't think we will see a $99.99 set. I would say more like $79.99.

I would say that Lego has me more excited about this set then the Castle Advent Calander (Believe me, that was tough to do). I would love to see future additions to the town.

I am going to have to disagree. If you look on Lego.com at the 25 top sellers you will see that the City Advent Calander is #4. I expect the City advent calendar that started in 2005 (#7324) was remarkably more successful in the US than they anticipated. -redacted- The other evidence that the City ...

I think the reason that The Advent Calendar wasn't released here is much more basic than most people realize. Advent Calendars, in general, are not a major tradition in the US. They are very big in Europe. Lego's versions of the Advent Calendars are never been very popular here, in the past. In fac...
