war correspondents memorial arch

hello castlers, i just finished this virtual model that is based on a very real archway that exists in a state park in maryland. I think it looks quite castley and so I'd like to share it with you guys, and get some feedback from the pros here at classic-castle. The scene is set in modern day. The t...

it's hard to nail down just one set, though here's my list in order, 1 being the most desired: 1) as Bruce said, i'd love more scenes from the death star too, e.g. obi-wan and the tractor beam, leia's detention cell, the trash compactor. Minifig scale of course. as for figures to include, all the ma...

i recently found out about a website called VectorMagic from Stanford University that allows you to upload any image which will then be converted to a vector image. I've only tried it a couple of times, but it seems to be free and easy. I don't know how it compares to inkscape, but this one's web-ba...

r2d2 and c3po spotted in indy and the lost tomb set 7621

just thought I'd share a delightful little homage to Lucas and his SW droids that the LEGO designers were clever enough to include in the Lost Tomb Indy Set. Fans of the Indiana Jones movies will remember seeing the droids hidden among the Egyptian hieroglyphics on one of the walls in Raiders of the...

Hi Sava, by chance could you share the .dat files of your trees? it's hard to do a good tree in mlcad (it gets so complicated!), and yours look really nice. They would make for some great background greenery on a train scene I'm putting together. I would surely give you credit if I include one of yo...
