Re: Non-permanent / washable glue with LEGO?

I'd recommend Removable Glue Dots. They are 1/2 inch double-sided adhesive dots that you peel off a sheet and apply where needed. There's no drying time, no mess, no residue when removed and they are repositionable. I've bought them at Office Depot ($1.99 for a pack of 60 dots), but the Glue Dots we...

I found one set at my local Target today (Charlotte, NC). It was set 8958 that's pictured above - sorry Username, but the hatchet in this set is black.

I signed up on the intial list, but missed seeing this one. Still, the code was emailed to me and I now have two sets on the way. Thanks Ben (and anyone else involved) for making this happen.

Glad I could help. Your versions look great; I wish LEGO had printed Harley correctly.

The whole Harley minifig thing can be a bit confusing, but I'll try to explain it. First off, Harley has printing on both the front and back of her torso. The front includes several white lines to denote a curvy waist and breasts. The back includes the waist lines, no breasts of course. Now the S@H ...

I saw 3 impulse sets in Target today (North Carolina) - The Knight, The Policeman and the Mars Mission Robot. They were not in the LEGO aisle however. Instead they were with other small impulse type toys in the Easter Candy section.

The bad news is that they were priced at $3.99.

This thread reminded me of my lute-playing creatures... http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/boses/castlelifestuff/lute2.jpg Cute little creatures there, boses. They remind me that what I would most like to see is medieval type instruments. Drum (made similarly to the Indiana Jones pouch accessory - a...

Re: Reversable Heads

Dear Lego, Thank you for making more reversable heads. I think this is one of the best minifigure innovations, since moving arms and legs. I'd like to encourage you to continue to make new ones and would like to suggest making a series of yellow asleep/awake heads, like those of Ron and Hemione. I ...

Re: Ugly Indiana Jones!

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but I just bought 7621 The Lost Tomb and have the wrong head for Indiana! I haven't opened the plastic baggies, but there it is: Anakin Skywalker's scarred face. There is no other head to be found, either. This makes the first Lego set I ever had a prob...

babyjawa: What do mean when you say "Lego store nearby"? Your talking about at brickworld, and not just in the general area, right? If you are talking about the general area I dont think there is one. I live an hour from DC, and have relatives there, so I go there all the time and I have ...

I would be interested to know how well the beards work with older-style helmets (like the neck protector, etc). Does anyone who has the set know? Here's what I posted on that over at EB: "Hi. I'm the one who wrote the 'mini' review at CC. Just to clarify, I don't want anyone thinking that the ...

Are the dwarf beards made of plastic (like the old beards) or the rubbery ExoForce hair material?

They are like the old beards.

Mini Review of Set 7036 Dwarve's Mine

The good news is I bought 7036 Dwarve's Mine at Target last night. The bad news is I don't have a digital camera, so no pics. :( (I have no doubt though, that there will be a pictoral review from someone by the weekend). The Mine. It was the minifigs that caught my eye initially - the mine itself ju...
