The sets at wallyworld are also about 18~20% cheaper than they are at TRU - I stood there for about 5min looking them up on TRU's website on my blackberry to verify - bought every dang starwars set they had and a few of the batman's as well.

Yes, a fan of military weapons and 'hunting dogs' (not a verb). I stand corrected, Helge is male. My 150 dwarves rolled in today from his store with approx 1300 pieced together orcs. A fine seller, and now the store that holds my single biggest order by 5X over the next closest. A gentleman to be su...

It is still in the works. I have just recently moved to a small town at the foot of the Rockies and am building a new practice as we speak - although, with the shortage of docs people are flocking to my practice like fat kids to an all you can eat candy buffet. In addition, we are renovating our hou...

O.K. Lee that is absolutely no fair. You can't post just a 120+ and leave us hangin. Well you can... but I would love to know more. How did you aquire such large numbers? That is like 30 dwarf mines! On bricklink the new dwarves are going for about $6.00 each! Unless many of them are...

Those are beautiful Amanda - your skills are outstanding. I am curious as to how you cut them out so nicely though. I have been using skin biopsy (new) punches as they are razor sharp to cut the holes, but the outline is beyond my skill to freehand. I had thought about approaching some shop to make ...

Great Moc, though I have to agree a little on the wierd side. (and this is coming from a fellow canuck!!) :P That aside, I really love the pink castle he has posted in his MOCPAGES account:I can't wait to see this creation finished. Ciao, Ben M. Thanks all - it was a fun build. As for the pink cast...

Cute. Just keep setting aside a lot of money and you'll grow your LEGO army into a force to be reckoned with... like mine. :D The ironic part is that this is actually a modest statement. As far as 'castle-themed' collections go, and as far as I know, yours is the largest. However, remember, it is n...

http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/doc069/MOC-Tag-4/Thumbnail/thumbnail.jpg My CCFP exam is done, and I was part of this MOCpages game of tag - here is my chapter in the story. The roof of the 'hut' is my personal favourite element - the center portion consists of the minifig chairs locked together....

Who would of thought that a bar opening rock-star could be so clever - this is darn clever. Well Mr. Rocko this just became my favourite creation of your's. Although, it has many interesting elements, I will restrict myself to commenting on the effect of the 'sand' piling up at the side of the build...

I build primarily in light bluish grey myself (see BS gallery in the link in my sig), they are generally cheaper & have a wider array of elements. The older colours are out of production so are generally more costly. I think both look great, personally, I think we are pretty much done with the ...

Re: What should I do with these?

Hello, I have a question. Does anyone know what the heck I can do with these? http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=38444&colorID=88 http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/castlebuilder100/Miscellaneous/Random/CCQuestion/thumb/what_the_003.jpg_thumb.jpg I counted 535 of them. Thanks One could m...

And from reading his reviews of other people’s works – this encouraging and positive attitude is consist...

Wow nice armies doc069. Thanks. Just out of curiosity, why does one need that many minifigures? I mean, I understand a hundred or so for an army, you could make a scene with them. But thousands?? I think it's a little excessive. What is the logic behind collecting that much? I don't get it. Not a '...
