Cheapest is to buy lego sets in retail stores when they are having sale. A BOGO 50% (buy one get one half off) or BTGT (buy 2 get 3rd free). Buy the sets and sell the minifigs. i was about to say the same thing but amanda said first. you can get about 5 wigs now from S@H's PAB. they seem cheaper than BL. while you're at it, might make sense to pick up some euroarmor and other parts (like cheeze slopes) too.

i think (before) they release a blister pack they should create more farm animals. like heir said, pigs, sheep, and goats would be nice (as would single mold chickens, ducks, geese). once we have that many variety then a blister pack would rock!
