Re: Mountain Fortress - Bricklink Designer Program 3

I missed out on the crowdfunding but don't really regret it. The castle looks great but for the price, I would rather buy multiple sets of 31120 to expand the Black Falcon castle. I compared it to the Falcon Master's Castle built using 4x 31120 Medieval Castle and the Falcon Master's Castle looks m...

Excellent work, these really look good on a minifig. Do you plan on doing a few soldiers to go along with your knight?

Even for those who aren't DnD fans (Like myself), this is still an awesome set. A bit pricey perhaps, but a great looking model, and a unique looking castle set.

Re: CMF Series 25

I first used the method of buying two of the 6 packs that Lego sells online. In each 6 pack, I got 6 unique figures, but ended up with 3 doubles between the two. Not a horrible method, you're guaranteed 6 different ones, at least. Or I hope so. perhaps the two I got were outliers. Then I bought a fu...

Re: 40601 Majisto’s Magical Workshop GWP

On a side note, I really wish Lego would make minifigure heads with a female face on one side and a male face on the other. I'm not above female representation in Lego sets, even Castle sets, but at this point they're 50% of the soldiers and knights and that just makes me swap out heads. I'd rather...

I haven't actually set them in my army yet, so I'm not sure. I'll try to get some pics this weekend.

Really cool looking set, Love all the easter eggs in it. The more I look at it, the more I like it.

The price is actually better than I was expecting too, so I may actually think about getting this.

Very nice looking model, would look great next to the Lion Castle on a shelf, But no room in the budget for this. I won't be getting it, and I likely won't regret that decision.

But it is a very nice model.

Using the new CMF Gamer Black Falcon torso

So if you haven't noticed, the latest Collectable Minifig (Series 25) didn't just have a goat, it had a gamer girl with an azure torso with a Black falcon styled logo on it. Sweet, right? Unfortunately, the torso has a back print that isn't castle friendly. I thought of a couple ways to get around t...

The only one I really want is the New Batlord. About half of them I wouldn't mind picking up. With the new boxes, I don't foresee myself picking up the whole wave like I have done for most of the previous waves.

Re: Question from a folder builder

Both parts in question have a half arch, so putting two side by side results in 1 stud wide columns, and 1 stud wide gaps. The apex of the arch is 1 plate thick, so you could widen the gap between bricks by some, but the arch is still small, it's essentially half of a 1x3 arch brick.

Re: CCC XXI

Hello again! I have another question regarding the “before 1996” category: Are modern versions of the same shield designed allowed? I’m specifically asking about the shields included with set 10305, Lion Knight’s Castle (2022). Several of the designs are reprints of classic designs, but they have s...
