Coincidentally in less than two months I will be celebrating my 15th year as an official AFOL. I joined Lugnet back on July 1st, 2000. It won't be too much longer until I'll have lived longer as an AFOL than I have as not, and that's pretty awesome. I made my first entry into the AFOL world in 2004...

That is really well done. The building has some great detailing and thoughtful "play features" without being so large it makes the set unaffordable. There may be too many minifigs for production but I would totally LOVE all of them - especially two more ruff collars per set!

The 151st Victoria Highland games was held earlier this year. Good idea for a display venue but since VicLUG already does 5-6 displays per year I think we are good.

For those pedantic in nature there were no Elves at Helms Deep... As I am equally pedantic in nature I have to ask: were you there? :lol: And the word you are looking for is not "pedantic". You need a word that means "faithful to the original book" as the movie produced by Peter...
