Angled Walls (Tips?)
I was looking at alot of the castles and landscaping lately and have seen these angled walls popping up everywhere. I was just wondering if anyone had a list or link explaining how these are done? Thanks!

Re: Lego has finally officially melted my brain...
lol Yeah I am pretty sure I didnt buy any of them. They only came out at my local lego store on Sept 1st. It's just that I poured over all the details of each series 8 figure and how I would use the pieces and how many of each I would buy when I first got the pics of the series. Then I promptly forg...

Lego has finally officially melted my brain...

Well it got me thinking about series 8. I was like...oh yeah...I already bought all those. I went into ...

Barad-dûr Chrome Build (New Zealand)
http://www.buildwithchrome.com/build/EBvY
I built a Barad-dûr model in the area where they filmed the scenes for Mordor in New Zealand. Don't know if they will post it since it is a liscenced theme, but oh well, at least you can see it! Took me about 30 min.

Re: LotR sets revealed!
I've built most of them for a local LEGO store opening up and I have to say I love the figures. I was overwhelmed by the amount of new pieces though in these sets. Seems even more sorting will have to take place in my collection over time :( Also it was a shame that all the details in Mines of Moria...

Yes please bring back the Cypress tree! I've always wanted one. And a newer model with better plastic would be wonderful. That's probably the last remake I would ever want.

Death of a Death Star [Video]
Okay, so I saw this on Ray William Johnson's =3 on youtube and when I saw it involved lego I was like oh no...what's going to happen in this?

Well...I must say that Lego is a resilient toy so I wonder how much damage that sustained.

Re: The new golden era?
I was a major fan of the classic castle of the 80's and 90's and I think Lego has exceeded all expectations for their castle lines since the Crownies came out. They haven't disappointed me any. And nostalgia aside, these sets from Crownies on are just as good if not better than the old classic sets.

The blue pieces in his mouth are supposed to be water falling down. I was going to put them all over him but didn't have spaces to.

Comic strip
I saw someone post an old comic strip that had drawn lego gangsters, so I made it into real lego. I'm not the only one to do this remake, but thought I would use my new "water".
