Re: Colossal Castle Contest 9
Allways great when this contest is comming back, locking forward to see some great MOCs :) Two questions: 1. The entry should "fit" on two 32x32 baseplates or one 48x48 baseplate, but looking back on previous years winners I can clearly spot some entries, in categories which hade the same ...

Re: Mill village raid house.
I managed to pick up a cheaper second set of the mill set so converted it into a house. So it's only built from MVR-pieces? Nice alternate set-MOC in that case! (Nice MOC otherwise as well :tasty: ) I don't think it's too big. Not if you would imagine the family living there. I don't see why you wo...

Re: What's it like selling things on Bricklink?
Thank you for the answers Bluesecrets! 1) Selling sets on bricklink is random depending on what you are going to sell. Research...see if your set has been selling recently. You can see those stats on bricklink. But be prepared that your set might sit there for a LONG time until someone wants it Well...

What's it like selling things on Bricklink?
Hi, I'w been thinking a little about starting to sell things on Bricklink as well as just buying. But before I get into setting up a store I'd like to know what's the odds for getting things sold, and I thought some of you have experince from this that you could share :) Say for example I have a set...

Re: Mixing factions
I think the old figs can go well with new ones, the important differens between pre and post KK2 are the face prints, and I try to replace all my old heads with new ones anyways. Here is my Wolfpack figs togheter with MMV-peasant torsos, a Pirate and a PoP-torso. I'm quite found of how well they all...

Re: Collectable Minifigures Series Two
From what I'm reading the boxes seem to be available in large quantities than series 1 or rather, the stores have ordered more. Just for curiosity, what country do you live in 'insurrection'? Apart from one store chain which has been pillaged faster than lightning itself, no other stores have these...

Re: Collectable Minifigures Series Two
Bought 4 Spartans yesterday (used barcode), and found them even nicer then I thought, especially fond of the spears (tried them with some black falcons and think it looks really nice), so I went back to the store and got 4 more today :D (then it was closing time and I had to end my search, was aimin...

Re: Who's a lucky boy then
What a treasure, congratulations!
The obvious question is: Who put that stuff in your mothers loft? Was she once a 'FOL?
Also: Could you snap some pictures of your find so the ones of us lacking yor luck could get something to mast... ...daydream about?

Re: The Search for the Greatest Castle Set of All Time: Vote Now
Remember, this set is still available (if only for a very short time). Those of you who don't have it; get it while you can! Is there a date when it will go out of production or is it just speculations? Thought exlusive/hard to find-sets usually stayed for 2 years (2011 in the case of MMV then). An...

this set was basically for kids who wanted a wizard but couldn't get the big sets. Bruce I was one of those kids. I So was I! Haha :) Hard to judge if its out of pure nostalgia or not but I still like the set, and have it on display (as part of a bigger diorama). Someone wrote it was more of a Fore...

Re: Weekly Set Review: Troll Warrior
Even thou I thought of the set as a quite lame impulse (no shield, the whole idea of an "attack-cart" is just retarded, I don't like the look of the sword/scimitar) when it was realesed, I'm regreting not geting a couple of copies of it, as it was a cheap way to collect trolls (the battle ...

Re: When was the golden era of LEGO?
A little suprised to see "mid-to-late 80s" to lead the pool with more than dubble number of votes compared to "89-92" (which I thought would be the leader), but I guess that has much to do with me associating forestmen with 89-92 when 6066/6054 really were released 87/88 (not tha...
