The one thing I absolutely hate to see, is when I'm in the LEGO aisle, and a little girl will come up to the shelves looking over the sets with excitement, only to be told by her mother that she can't get any of those because they are "Boy's toys".. :| Then it's off to the aisle of infini...

Hey I hope this thread isn't too old. I just checked PAB and the black euro armor is back up for 16 cents apiece! :D The silver armor is still up too for 18 cents each. -Hob Took Yep. Bought some myself. Also, if you're into Skellies, you can buy all the parts on PaB. Complete Skellie = $0.62. I do...

Welcome to C-C, Munchy. Is your handle pronounced "Munch" as in 'to chew with steady or vigorous working of the jaws', or as "Munch" like the artist Edvard Munch? http://cdn.overstock.com/images/products/P10458795.jpg ' I have to agree.... Nice avatar! :D The name refers to the ...

I also think the price is pretty reasonable. I would like the price to come down so I could buy more sets but I don't believe that will happen. Instead, I use BL a lot and pick and choose which sets I'll buy multiples copies. Just the other day I cleared my local TRU out of the Dwarves' Mine Defende...

Esentially this is what the Harry Potter line attempted, but with mixed results. I think it is important to maintain a good number of useful building pieces, colors that seem realistic from a modern/classic design standpoint and generous play features. Gaudy colors may turn off the audience as it w...

This is something I've thought about myself. I know my daughter would LOVE something like this. As it is though, she has to live with Daddy's poor building skills and lack of pink bricks.

Rolling tanks eh? :D Try replacing the hip actuators on the figs with another color to give the fig better definition and break up the solid gray line. I'd go with a brown personally. Are you going for the solid steel head to toe or will your heavy cav have some mail as part of their armor? If some ...

Hello. *wave*

Hello everyone! A little background is in order. I came out of my Dark Age about 6 years ago with the interest my oldest had with LEGO. We went Christmas shopping and spotted the 7142 X-Wing. I love Star Wars and he desperately wanted a LEGO set. How could I say no? So Santa's helper spent Christmas...
