What I'm more curious about, is did anyone call the referral 900 number from the original (incorrect) number? Was it for Lego dirty phone talk... Steve Hey baby. What are you wearing? Some blue legs... Uh huh. Sounds hot. What else? A nice set of red arms with fleshie hands. Oooohhh. Red is m...

I think everyone needs to take another deep breath. Regardless of what many of us may have wanted, this is now public news. I'm on the fence as to whether that is a good thing or not. I want to be guaranteed a set and the only way that happens is to make this a CC "exclusive". After all it...

A castle town set will be met with much rejoicing by my family and much lament from my wallet.

I would love an elf set. Any elf set.

The problem is that I haven't seen any leaked pics or info about anything related to castle for next year which makes me a worried camper.

I have also begun planning for next years Brick Fair. I have the preliminary sketches done for each of the four MOC's I've planned to bring and have already begun to acquire those few elements I think I will need. I'm not letting my sorting get in the way this time.

I don't know how dire your situation is but if you're dealing with grocey bags you're not doing too bad. I have 11 of these bins , 4 of these drawers , and 3 of these drawers filled with LEGO. I also have about 8 to 10 other smaller tubs. The really bad part is they are sorted by... color . I have s...

I am going to have to disagree. If you look on Lego.com at the 25 top sellers you will see that the City Advent Calander is #4. I expect the City advent calendar that started in 2005 (#7324) was remarkably more successful in the US than they anticipated. -redacted- The other evidence that the City ...

A bit outdated but interesting video. Some changes I know they have made in the last three years... They no longer buy their plastic in multiple colors. They use a new color injection method that allows them to buy just one type of plastic bead which has reduced costs. Unfortunately, it's also produ...

It's a common phrase...

The remembrances of past labor is sweet.

It probably commemorates some great endevour(s) that your family is known for and may have contributed to the Arms being granted.

I know what your talking about. I can't seem to find the name either. It's an anti-cavalry fortification. Large stakes/pikes driven into the ground facing outward from your defensive position to prevent the use of heavy cavalry from breaching your lines. A spear wall is an infantry fortification if ...

I feel your pain. I've been sorting bricks for the better part of 6 months trying to get things in order.

Why oh why did I ever think it was a good idea to sort by color and not type?!?

Anywho...good luck with your sorting. Just remember that one day all this pain will mean better building.
