I've had this happen, and this is my solution: For my torsos, I take a Q-Tip and some Testors model glue and apply it lightly, which seems to do the trick so far (I tried 4 years ago and it still holds). For the arms, I've done the same with toothpicks rather than Q-Tips (Attempted this 3 years ago)...
