Wooha! I have this set! (Wait, should I admit to that?)

Hey Hey, I've finally posted again. I actually bought this set, four of them  . I got them just for parts  . I really liked the crank piece, for drawbridges and whatnot, and the new wheels are kind of nifty, and good for small carts. Although I have no use for the horses helms (except fo...

Once again here we are, here we are once again!

Though I wouldn't really call this a set :!: I would love to have this mass of figures and castle pieces. Again, as mentioned before, I wouldn't really use the yellow pieces. The figs were in my castle dark ages, I have none (because)' I was either into space sets, or video games at this point. I'd ...

Posty Post

No sir I don't like it :? (aagh catapults everywhere). I don't have it, but it looks somewhat good for parts. I don't have anything from this line, but I like the fig, torso and such, but one does not need so many bat helmets. The torso's cool though.

stuffy stuff

Personally I like the set. I agree that the catapult at the top of the cart is ludacris, and another horse would be great, but I think the number of shadow knights is sufficient, a whip would improve it thouhg. If you think of the large doors as (wooden) wall pieces, and good ways to access the inte...

Crazy Stuff

Well for some odd reason I bought two of this at best mediocre set. I had been buying sets in duplicates for parts for some reason  . I did'nt really like the set itself, and don't even think I ever assembled it. I think the design is rather bad. Although it does have some good points for play...

Yeah....riiiiight!?!

8) I would agree that the piece selection is pretty usefull and the idea of a catapult cart would be nice, but the design here is pityable :? . I have no Fright Knight figs (or sets) due to the dark/space ages, but aside from the helmet (one or two is good I guess) I like the fig, especially the tor...

what a quandry

Hey, if I post more than once on a string does it count as one or two posts. If I post more often I will finally arise from the gong  and that would rock. How many posts get me out of this quagmire :?: I think this set would go great with the Crusaders large castle, the soldiers of the relm co...

Yea!

This is a set that I don't have, but could build myself a couple of times. I think it is a really nice set, but I wasn't buying lego's myself at the time  and noone bought it for me. The sodier is well armed, although I also only use that particular helmet for archers. A good small set to amas...

Gong Farmers are people too!

Sorry, I read more often than post  , it's a hard life being a gong farmer. I'm not a big fan of the KK2 line, but for somen reason I have bought two of many of the sets, including this one in the two set pack with Vladek's Seige Engine, mainly for parts. I'm not a fan of the "Jellybeans&...

ROCK ON!

FINALLY A SET I OWN AND CAN DISCUSS. :D I GOT THIS ONE OFF OF BRICKLINK TWO MONTHS AGO, SO I CAN'T RIGHTLY SPEAK TO IT'S PLAYABILITY  , BUILD AND DISPLAY. I HAD A NUMBER OF SETS COMING TO ME THEN AND HAD TO BUILD THEM TO VERIFY COMPLETENESS. AND THEN DISSASSEMBLE AND SORT PIECES FOR MY CASTLE ...

Again I would only get this set for pieces. It has one well equipped soldier and wheels. I would get it maybe also because I have bought a couple of castle accessory packs from tlc and thus have a good number of bull shields and helmets with horns, as well as horse helmets you can put horns on. but ...

Well, this set came out just as I was going into my dark ages. I never had it, but it looks like a neat set. I don't personally have any catapult sets, before KK2. I'm not a big fan of the faction, I think the hearaldry had gone down hill after the dragon masters, whick were my last acquisitions bef...

Personally I'm not all that impressed by the Viking sets. I agree they are a step in the right direction, but I was never a fan of the technic piece invasion since Throwbots, Robo Riders, and finally Bionicle have become popular. I am a big fan of the brick and the sets of the 80's and 90's. Just no...

I'm moving on up. Only my second post. I am sorely dissapointed that in my youth (born in '80) I was not collecting castle. I missed all of these really great sets. Although now I am employed and can finally get them. It's a pitty that TLC has fallen of the wagon. I agree with others that it is grat...

Hey my first post, nifty :D . I buyed the attack kit, as I did the Citadel of Orlan and the border ambush in duplicate (as well as Hagrids Hut [shudders]) for the pieces  to upgrade and compliment my collection of classic castle pieces to build (yeah finding the CCC for inspiration). I like th...
