Re: Mini Castle Contest V

Sounds like fun. I've only built military in micro before. I'm looking forward to seeing everybody's entries. Go easy on me.

Bricklink Bley...

Can anybody tell me why bley seems to be more prevalent in Europe than in North America? I see countless stores on Bricklink selling the bley bricks I'm looking for at half the price the North American sellers are. It wouldn't be so bad if the cost of shipping a bag of $0.06 1x2s or 2x2s from Europe...

Re: Blackmoon Abbey

I like the eerie feel. It's cool to see a castle that strays from the norm. It's a fantastic "starting creation" and you're in the same boat as I am. A beginner with an interest. Thanks for posting it.

Re: LEGO Pick a Brick Feedback

They're still relatively new, and online Pick-a-Brick isn't available in every country, Bricklink is. When there's more demand, prices can go up. Of course people who live somewhere they can order from Pick-a-Brick and know that these windows are available and cheaper there, won't order them from B...

Re: LEGO Pick a Brick Feedback

edit: Why is the picture for the latticed windows incorrect? $0.16 is an awesome deal for white latticed windows considering the cheapest option on BL is $0.41. You're positive those are the ones? If so...thanks! These are the new ones introduced in 2008. How can they be so expensive on BL? I under...

Re: LEGO Pick a Brick Feedback

Hey Friar Puck, you should check out the current Pick-a-Brick assortment, I think you'll like it: I'd love to see some tiles Some tiles? There are currently 68 different tiles available from Pick-a-Brick. The lattice windows are pretty expensive on BL due to the fact that they're relatively new and...

Re: LEGO Pick a Brick Feedback

Ah. I wish I got in on this before it went to TLC. I guess I'll still throw my two cents in. I'd love to see some tiles, more fig headgear and the new lattice windows (which are awesome!). Fig headgear is relatively easy to come by on BL but often hard to get a good amount without paying a premium. ...

Hi! New member here...

Hey. My name is Chris and I'm new here. I stumbled upon this after looking through some folders on MOCpages. I mainly build military but I've amassed some castle parts over the years indirectly. Looking through the boards here there are some extremely talented folks! I'm looking forward to participa...
