Excuse me, i´m new to classic-castle.com, and i only registered because of the CCCVIII. I am interested in creating and submitting a Fantasy Castle Figure. After reading the rules (and the categories), i only want to know, if painting a minifig (as an example for tattoos) is some sort of customizing...
