I have updated someof the pics of this castle and the pieces. I have also replaced the incorrect arms and hands with correct ones from my collection. I have also removed the red plum/visor with a new one as I noticed some marks on it. I have also done a full review of the inventory based on bricklin...

They may have vanished because some people like myself bought quite a few of them and they weren't ready for the high demand.
I heard from some of the Local LUG members that there were quite a number of these at the NWBCon.

I just picked this up in a bulk lot that I bought. I find the dragon to be very good in concept, but it has some flaws in execution. I find the tail section is not stable nor robust enough for kids play. The wing set up seems odd with the extra links before the actual"webbing" of the wing ...

I think this would be a valuable set for someone who doesn't have a lot of castle parts already. The idea of the new ghost, specialty rooms and the amount of figs and accessories makes it something that might help out if you are developing your collection.
