Re: Question on color coordination

I have not really built anything with dark grey as the primary colour, so I can't speak from experience, but I like the way tan or brown looks with dark grey. Light grey can look pretty good too, but that probably won't help if you're out of it.

Re: Black Widow Tower

I guess you could say that the chance of collapse adds to the excit...

Black Widow Tower

Hello! Here is my latest creation, the Black Widow Tower: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2326/3724163585_479ef4e1ea_m.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2531/3724972620_ab34fcaa99_m.jpg This stretched my collection in multiple directions, and as a result I had to sacrifice the interior space. Bricks...

Re: Castle at BrickFair 2009 -- Planning Thread

Hello Joe, thanks for organizing this. I don't really have anything to add, but don't want this thread to go completely unnoticed. One big layout sounds very neat, but will be difficult to pull off. I plan on bringing a tower with a similar base as this , that could probably fit on top of a body of ...

CCCVI: Outlaw Tower

Hello! I now kind of wish I had made something a little more...

First off, a big thank you to the admins and all who donated prizes. I'm excited to take part in this again. :) I have a question about the baseplates: are we allowed to change to dimensions of the base if the area stays the same or less? For example, could we use a base that's 40 x 50 studs long in...
