If the shipping is comparable, which I assume it is, I would certainly go with the Belgium seller (unless you don't have access to a phone :wink: ). You don't want $20 pieces getting lost or damaged and I doubt your order would be delayed much if any. Either option would probably have a happy ending...

I don't believe the Azog figure has tall legs. I think it's possible LEGO discontinued that assembly due to quality issues; the two legs tend to come together near the bottom if they are thrown in with other LEGO and not treated with special care since the hip piece offers considerably less support ...
