Chapter 2. (Finally)

Chapter 2 Encounter with the plague. Tylis stepped out of the square. He was suffocating from the mixed odors and harsh voices associated with a borderland market place, and his search was going nowhere. There wasn't a single gnome in sight, let alone shortfolk trading house. Where would those he pu...

Talk like the above might be better in the History and directory thread. As for characters, it's actually going to increase sixfold in a few chapters. This is really just a dramatic recount of our DnD adventures, focused around my character. Cast page may be put up soon on HaDT. And for pictures, my...

Chapter 1

Chapter one. A night's rest. The Inn of the Jumping Frog wasn't going so well. Sure, there was still a nice flow of customers each night, but after Hugh was seen with the plague a few months ago people became scared of the place, and rumors spread. Geoffrey sat at the door, waiting for someone, any...

The truth is that that was written by the game master, edited to remove that which you would not understand. Its just a handy reference in case you need to recap on your Aramia Knowledge. As it is, part one is now started!

Tales of Aramia (History and directory)

I haven't been here long, but I've been thinking of doing a dramatic rcount of our adventures on the forum, depending on if we die soon or not. In case I do, here's a little background information on the land we're playing in. (D+D rules, with the gaming stuff cut out. If there's anything you don't ...

I find the castle to be a useful inner keep that can be put inside 6085, 8877 or even 6059. On its own... well, the holes in the sides sorta detract. But put it up next to the front gate of the above castles, and it can look pretty darn fearsome.

Knights of the jellybean order.

I know everyone hates the Jellybean knights, but you can't hate them all equally, can you? Surely there's one that might be worthwhile! Anyway, not counting the large figures, or Vladek (only the coloured minifigs), I'm wondering which figure you hate the least, or, in the rarest of cases, like the ...

They had some light grey bullet helms in Knight's Procession, though finding one of those might be a little out of your price range.[/url]

I'm saying display your side in general, but if it is particularly based on a certain set show pictures please. As it is, I originally meant to say originals over prototypes, but now that I look at it, the reasons I thought that were the Colour scheme on the set (Red on a good guy's tower? WT-) and ...

Not all prototypes are good...

This thread is to justify the "I wish we had the prototypes instead of the actual models" feeling everyone seems to be having. Observe: The new king's siege tower set: http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a364/Pumpkinetics/Lego%20stuff/KK2TR.jpg and the original design: http://i15.photobucket...

Update: I got the set from Target on friday. I didn't count, but I'd assume there were about 6 of them in total. Today I had another look. The area they had been in was empty. There were plenty of other lego sets, but none of #8877. Just shows how popular it is. Also, I'm experimenting with having t...

First time poster, and I have got to say: 8877 is AWESOME!!! I got it on friday. At that time the target huge toy sale had started. I managed to get it with $30 off. (AUD) When I got it home, I was very impressed. The box itself is packed, with little room for extra lego. The packaging means it does...
