Re: 32x32 Yellowbelly Keep

The tudor style building was a great incorporation, especially since it looks great with yellow. A solid build either way. I'm glad that someone finally built a yellow entry. I was waiting.

Nice work!

Re: Crownie Blacksmith

Nice little MOC. It would definitely would fit in well beside the MMV buildings. I like the fact that you used textured brown bricks for a wood look instead of a solid color. I don't know much about blacksmithing, but to me it seems a little odd that his workplace is that open. Maybe it is just me. ...

Re: First official MOC

For your first MOC, this is quite good. I like the fact that you used a brick built tree instead of the "norm" of using the pre-made leaves. I do feel that you could've added a rock or another object in the water, as it is a little plain. I love the grass hanging over the edge of the rocks...

Re: Heigh-Ho!

I love this build. From the waterfall, to the landscaping in general.. every bit of this looks great. Plus, you didn't stop there. You added interiors to both the woman's house and the dwarves' home behind the rock wall. Even without those this MOC would've been great. The addition of them, just mak...

Re: 32x32 challenge "Forest Outpost"

Amazing. I love the interior, regardless of where the technique originated. It would be interesting to see that kind of texture used as the outside of a building, though it might not be possible by looking at it. All the little details really make the tower. Though I do happen to agree with Rick-Ric...

Re: Crownie Inn

I definitely like the MOC itself, though the red roof doesn't exactly remind me of Crownies. However, that doesn't deter from the actual MOC in the slightest.

Good work. I especially like the addition of the flower pedals to the windows.

Re: Word/character minimums?

I know that this site is trying to promote intelligent discussion, but there is a point where you can take it too far, and to say that you can't merely say "thank you" is taking it too far, at least in my world. I didn't take it as "Don't say thank you." Instead, I read it as &q...

It's pretty simple. Just a brown head, brown hood, and Jawa head.

Hopefully someone could manage to squeeze me in there. Thanks!

I remember many people drooling over your old arms in the past. I, for one, would love a few pairs.

Re: Minifig Customization Network

Quite so. :sly: It is true though. I wouldn't say that many have. If anything, many have completely disappeared from the online community. Brickforge attracted a lot of new people though. Not to say that there aren't any oldies, as I've seen a couple. I miss MCN quite a bit. It was literally the ce...

Re: CCCVII - Rags-paper Mill

I saw this on the submissions page and really liked it. Heck, I even liked it enough to come and leave you a comment. Landscaping is great. The little details like the vines growing on the walls are nice. In general, this is just an exceptional creation. The only part I'm not so keen on are the slan...

Re: Weekly Set Review: Siege Tower

This is one of those sets that I always watch on ebay. I love the round shields. I wish Lego would release more sets like this. It's simple and fun. The siege tower in the recent Tower Raid is an utter disappointment compared to this. The spikes and huge wheels are unnecessary. I wish Lego would ton...

Re: What's your Lego resolution for the New Year?

I really need to sort my collection, though it probably won't happen. I'm at least hoping to be able to sort my minifigure parts. I'd also like to build more this year. I need to get out of my "comfort zone" of customizing, and build. Not to say I won't customize.. I just need to do both, ...

Re: CCCVII-Thor

Excellent again babyjawa. Have you considered making and selling the helmets with the hair attached? Just a thought. The wings look good too. I am pretty sure I know what piece they are. I've never really thought of selling them, as I sort of thought it was such a simple custom. As for the wings, I...
