How about rubber cement? It's supposed to be a flexible adhesive. It'll be in a brown jar with an orange lid, and a brush attached to the inside of the lid.

It looks like a Fry Slayer design to me. He does excellent design work on flags, capes, sails, etc. You should take them as a template and design more of your own.

Those capes look good Kelderik! Are the designs yours? I think you'll find many people here interested in printed cloth accessories because they work well on a purist fig, no need to actually alter a real lego piece.

A custom means it either has altered lego pieces or includes non-lego elements. Examples are custom cloth pieces, painting, sculpting, gluing, decals, custom-cast pieces, anything really that isn't pure lego. Check the castle customs sub-forum for some ideas.
