Wow!! I haven't been on in awhile, so I didn't see these as they came out. These are very impressive, congrats all. Now I'm really wishing my collection wasn't five hours away back home.... I wanna build. :D I love CCC

Reasonably simple, VERY awesome. I love the embankment, bridge, the crisp, stately walls, along with the well-conceived telescopes. Very nicely done.

And yes, I'm sorta back, but this post made me come out of lurker mode...

Regarding "bragging" this was not intended to be. Indeed, according to the statistics calculated on Classic-Space, the average 19-year-old AFOL should have 62,000 pieces, almost twice what I have! Hmmm, as a 19-yr-old AFOL, I'm also somewhere around 1/3 to 1/2 of that. Of course I don't r...

This topic seems familiar to another we've had before. Try looking at this post for more ideas.

Good luck getting them useable again.

I like it, but my first reaction was that Snoopy's a little big. However, you've made him look good enough that it might not matter. I enjoy Peanuts, and this is a pretty good representation of a pretty well-known/used scene. The added words do make it look very close to perfect--don't you love edit...

As with all of these sets, I am very impressed with the newest addition. You have captured the feel of a "set" very well. My only concern is with the tank. I like the design, but the treads don't seem quite perfect. I apprecite the way you made the tree, and the final product looks very ni...

I was wondering how you did that. Good ideas, and nice execution. If I ever get some of those slopes, I'll definitely try to remember this technique. Good, clear pictures are always nice too.

Looks reasonably good to me, though I doubt I'll buy it. The main question I have is why are the guards carrying muskets? I mean, really now. I'm definitely looking forward to pics of the set itself, and getting to see even more of the cool pieces.

Ah, how nice, we're back! I'll just add my thanks to the list: great job getting this back up! Now back to "talking" Lego (I don't have an account on EB).

Ah ha! I guess that it wasn't with the other part is what threw me. (I have a complete forklift somewhere around here--first piece I ever "Peeroned" too, I discovered I had that neat space set!) Glad to know what it is now. This is the first time I've had torsos without arms and "legs...

Mystery in Yellow

Sorting through a nice lot of 70s-80s pieces I got at a yard sale, I discovered this piece: http://www.maj.com/gallery/Kanduu/Other/Odd/pdrm1244.jpg Generally if I discover a piece I've never seen before, I can look it up on Peeron. However, I don't even know where to start for this one. Anyone know...

I agree, nice faction and nice looking trebuchet. It's also nice to hear it fires, I was wondering about that. I'm thinking there might be some way to make it smoother. I agreee that it might be a little, er..."wonky." I don't know how this can be fixed, but anyway. Nice work, and I'll be ...

This was my first castle, of which I owned half (the other was my brother's, he got the nicer horses, of course...). I really liked playing with it, and now the pieces and figs are awesome! It's designed open enough for playability, but still built up enough to be a decent castle (unlike some I've s...

I saw one a few weeks ago, very similar to that one, but I think it was blue. I meant to post it, oops! Nice find. Now, to have someone use it in a MOC for some good purpose... Hmmm....
