I have attempted helmets in the past. I can only do them if they work in a two part mold, which limits the selection quite a bit. Due to the fancy shape they also require sculpey inserts into the mold, which burn up after just one cast. This coupled with a 1/3 success rate is a little discouraging,...

Black Muskets. I don't have an exact count, since I've traded and given away several, but since I bought a case of 60 Tuskin Raider Encounters, I started with 120. As for castle weapons it's probably spears or lances.
