I'm actually impressed with this theme (along with Star Wars, Castle, and to a lesser extent, Town/City). I would go far as saying that I actually like these sets more than what Lego has come up with recently for Castle. I'll probably get 1 of each of these.

Thanks for the excellent review. I like the design of the wheels and general concept, but it seems overpriced; I think that this is a set in the USD$25 range. The mid-section seems to be lacking, but of course it can be modified. It has excellent steampunk potential.

A good question... I like the new metallic armor, but I like the classic stuff better; I would probably think that the switch from 'Undead' to 'Classic' is an improvement. The quality of the plastic material, the colors, and the designs (for the most part) are better. I like the old factions such as...

It's hard for me to figure out the color of one the beards from the pics; the one that the dwarf with the silver winged helm wears on the picture on the box. Is it red, a reddish-brown, or 'turkey-wing' tan? Thanks again for the pics!

OK, I guess. I had way too many of these from various sets and then I converted into royal archers. Like the minifig head.
