TRU Buy1/Get1 Half Off on ALL LEGO SETS

One of the 'big' Toys R Us sales has just started. It runs week long, like usual.

Buy 1 set and get another set of equal or lesser value for half off. This sale applies to all Lego sets this time (AWESOME).

Re: Pirate Torso Variation

That's quite interesting. I'll have to check my collection now! Green rag hats aren't cheap, by any means! They only came with that Forestmen Lady, IIRC.

Re: Welcome Back!

I did prefer the blue studs to the weapons we have at the moment. But you're the admin- decide amongst yourselves. If it doesn't work for the cry babies ignore them/us. I like both, though I did find the weapons to be very refreshing and actually more subtle than the studs. But I'll t...

Re: Welcome Back!

Here's another version. Stone Goblin told me the last version was too plain. http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u119/Hydra_Graphics/lego/cclogo_2.png And a test of the design against a background I quickly threw together: http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u119/Hydra_Graphics/lego/cclogo_2_testtn.jp...

Re: Yahoo and Gmail temporarily unbanned

When updating my account information at one point, I tried to change my email address, and after screwing up the password, it banned my email address. :P I guess this means I can try to fix that now.

Re: Welcome Back!

Sava, is there a place where we can see the various background textures?? I think the banner looks fine- though the forum and software is new, the logo design is traditional and something i'm sure we're all used to. Why mess with it? You are standing in the way of Progress, sir! I think I see...

Re: Forum Configuration Poll

It would be nice if it opened a new window, but I'm fine with whatever you settle on. Opening a new window with a link is just a keyboard combination away, so no big deal.

Re: Welcome Back!

Everything appears to be working fine, and looking good!

Well, maybe one critique: The forum/site logo could be revamped, but that has nothing to do with functionality, which is flawless so far. I'd be willing to submit an upgrade if I could find the site font.

Those are great! I like the variety of your part usage. The claw clips on that halftrack trike are nicely implemented.

Just a suggestion, try putting the Orcs in some Ogel uniforms... or something more post-apoc. Just swap out the hands. I'd like to see how they would look.

Lucky me! I got a macro lens for my birthday!!! I also received a circular polarizing filter and UV filter pack. The nice thing about polarizers is that they can reduce some of the light reflected off of plastic, so I have read. Of course, the principle should be the same as with reducing any reflec...
