Re: Katsumoto

This is really great. The proportions are very well measured. And the whole look (spikes, armory goodness) is awesome.

Re: Ashdown

Very nicely done so far, Seikfreid. Your writing style is pretty clear and concise (always a good thing, to my mind), yet it's definitely not dry or boring. If I don't drop off of the face of CC again for a while ( ), I'll look forward to updates on this. By the way, I've sent you a PM detaili...

Four Years.

Hello everybody. I thought I'd make this post in commemoration of my fourth year of being part of Classic-Castle. I joined on this date in 2006, although I'd been lurking for probably ten months before that. From when I joined until October '07, I was a very active member. I logged in nearly every d...

Re: Hello

Welcome to Classic-Castle, Primus/Cameron.

May I inquire as to the origin of your username? Not that it's unusual, I'm just feeling rather curious.

Re: Forestmen Floating Island by Aaron D

Wow, this is really amazing. I love forest scenes and greenery, and floating rocks are also one of my favorite sub-themes. Thanks for highlighting this, Bruce.

Welcome to Classic-Castle, Phatmiata.

Re: It was only a matter of time.

Welcome to Classic-Castle, AaronD.

You'll probably not see me around much (unless you're prone to browsing years-old topics), but I happened to stop by today and thought I'd welcome some people.

Re: Icon Key

Yeah, I didn't really state that clearly.

What I meant was more like:
I think it's for a topic that got, say, a page of replies in one day, at any point in time. Once a hot topic, always a hot topic. That sort of thing.

Re: Icon Key

As far as I can remember (from the old key that used to be at the bottom of every forum), the regular tricolor shield just indicates new posts, but the yellow one is for a hot topic; i.e. a topic that has had a large amount of posts in a short amount of time. Or something like that.

Re: Gate

Wow, this is really fantastic, Ethan. I especially love the cheese roof—looks great. Also, the path is cool and I like how the well seems to go below ground level. And great job on the construction of the walls, lots of cool details.
