Lil_Curt - The simple truth is that you will not be able to please everyone with any plan. I think that the organizational details should be up to the very kind soul that is organizing. If someone misses out, has a problem with the rules, etc. - Then they should organize the next one to their liking...

Once you have created your CIC, you are in. If there is an issue with your CIC you will get a PM message requesting a change. This can often take a little while.

The most common issue that I have found is not including your banner or using the wrong colors in the in banner.
