Re: Castle Evolution Stage |3|

Beautiful MOC, DNL. Some details that caught my eye are the arrow slits using the legs, and in particular, the crane and scaffolding. I'm working right now on a packable trebuchet, and trying to get a system with wooden beams, and looking at your crane has given me a couple ideas.

Re: How About Some New Colors?

I just want a return to old brown. I have given up on greys, light and dark, and just have accepted bleys. However, brown, I still yearn for, lol.

On a happier note, I got my copy of the Medieval Market a week ago, and discovered the new dark brown, which I actually really like.

Re: Old Brown Plates/Tiles

Very true, but I looked and couldn't find a store with both. However, I should keep looking, because inventories change.

Old Brown Plates/Tiles

For my current MOC, I have run out of 1x1 brown plates, and 1x1 brown tiles. I was wondering if anyone has some extra, I need 3 tiles, and about 10-15 plates. Reply or send me a message if you'd be willing to part with some. While I'm here, if anyone has green 4x4 plates, I'll pay $0.10 per plate, a...

Lego Vs Megablocks

Okay, I'm not sure if this is the corrent place to post this, because it is not an MOC. However, a friend ran across this video on youtube, and thought of me. If anyone has seen the MAC vs PC comercials, and find them humorous, then you will appriciate this "Lego vs Megablocks' version. http://...

There are some really nice things, such as the plume on the knight, and the goblin king and queen. However, lots of things I don't like. For example, a blue chariot. Blue...not brown. The knight, he's gold, but it's that new gold. What I really want is a one time special edition Knight who is fully ...

Great job on blending the building into the cliff, and creating and very natural looking structure.

Great job with the minifig on top. I love the way you did that arms so they are flung out.

Especially the "building process"......The struggle to get the bed to the top floor was funny. :) Thanks! I almost didn't even do the building process, actually, I just wanted to get it done, but, I'm glad I did, got some nice pictures out of it, like the bed one. - the uses of barrels ar...

Thank you all for your kind words. :) Have you considered using cheese slopes to fill in the gaps under the roofline? I hadn't until now, good idea. Is there more inside shots? Not at the moment, but I'll remedy that when I get around to getting new batteries for my camera. but the effect is hurt by...

Which is sad, overall it wasn't bad, 'specially the minifigs and crest designs. Plus the beautiful horse barding, and black dragons.

Country Blacksmith

Greetings! For a year and a half, I have been working on this, little by little, when I could find time and afford pieces. However, I believe it is finally finished. The County Blacksmith, a shop and forge, with a home on the second floor. At the moment, a merchant is buying some swords, with a coup...
