you can interpret it anyway you like. if doing it one way will further your characters story then by all means do so.

if you want to you can make your brawler your character, but you don't have to.
building a base isn't mandatory, but that's up to you as well

all you have to do for this challenge is build a fig(a brawler). For examples you can look on page 11 of this thread which was the first barfight challenge(please note: for that challenge you were allowed to submit 3 figs for this challenge only one is allowed).

the list has been updated. you may also notice that I have removed the approved CIC entries list, it was getting to long to be of any practical use. so from now on consider it approved if your entry isn't on the unapproved list with in a few days.
