What you should do depends on what you would like more. Would you prefer to have $62 or would you prefer to have an old boxed set to display? If you do want to sell it, would you like to sell the set now or hold onto it in the hopes that it will appreciate in value? Only you can really answer those ...

TLG = The Lego Group (pretty self explanatory)
PAB = Pick a Brick (both refers to the bins of individual elements in a Lego store and the electronic version on Lego's site)
LDD = Lego Digital Designer (Lego's program by which you can electronically design a set and they'll send you the custom set)

Assuming the picture here is really of Cedric the Bull, I'd say that it's unlikely he would be King Leo's brother. The family resemblance is not strong.

Do you mean this page? If so, the article claims that "The king and his forces were pitted against an army of barbarian invaders commanded by Cedric the Bull." I don't see any reference there to King Leo and Cedric the Bull being related.
