About the black skeletons... maybe they're not human skellos? Perhaps Orc... er, Trolls... have evil black bones. Just a thought.

Slightly off topic, but the Graveyard Duel set from Harry Potter and the Gob of Fire had a black old type skeleton in it. I like to use that as Cedric Diggory
