I didn't really expect the crownies to still be going at this point in the fantasy line.
It's just an unwritten law of fantasy that there need to be humans involved, and the crownies must be selling well enough for Lego to keep them around.

The process could take hours. It could take days.
It will be nice to revisit sanity for a little while :P

Well then, I wish you the best of luck with the upcoming upgrade, and thanks for all the work in general you guys do to make this a great website :)

I think this would be better in Dear Lego...

It might just be because grey horses simply aren't that common compared to white/brown/black (I'm making a bit of an assumption here, sorry if it's wrong). Anyway they managed Buckbeak so clearly doing a grey horse is not beyond them.

Clever cross design, and I like the use of the black skeletons. The charred ground around the bonfire is also pretty clever.

I really hope that's not the case; I really liked the accessory packs and would love them back.

Great work, looks realistic whilst still keeping with Lego's style. The background is particularly good (I like the fortress on the horizon).

Just a thought. Do you think Dark Elves (Drow) might be more appealing to kids then good elves? The arguement has been made that kids see elves as kind of girly. Give us some light purple heads and problem solved. Maybe we are thinking of different colours here, but isn't 'light purple' bordering o...

Not to be rude but posting his little blurb here is irrelevant except as a personal opinion. It is his opinion, yes, but he said he had spoken with Lego employees so I think his opinion on the matter holds some merit. I'm not claiming it's true, just that it might explain some stuff. Someone actual...

Pulsy, This came up before and someone posted the vikings sales up and they were in the top 5 for the year they were out. Sales had nothing then to do with the Viking's end or 90% of the lines would have been out. The fact TLC never intended them to be more than 1 year seems the reason. They gave u...

In all honesty, if you have any hope of getting published what you are writing, do not post it. One of the first questions a publisher asks when they get submitted work is "has this ever been published online, by anyone or yourself?" If the answer is yes, they won't publish you or even co...

I suppose it's possible that someone could copy your work - that could happen wherever you post it - but given the relative obscurity of this board and the good nature of everyone on here, I really doubt anything like that would ever happen.

So feel free to post your stories and illustrations

The drawbridge set looks fantastic, as does the chariot set, though I'm afraid my opinion of the Troll fortress remains low.

Keep the discussion coming... If someone gave the crap known as KK2 a shot It's only crap to you, and keep in mind it was the first Castle line to be successful in God knows how many years, so they must have done something right. I'm sure an Elven faction deserves a shot. They've made dwarves and tr...
