Re: March of Despair
Hey,
I know this is old, but I just saw it and wanted to say this is outstanding. The posing, the point of view, and the photo-editing to add the snow and the backdrop make this a really dramatic scene. I can imagine there is a whole story around what is happening here.

Re: RIP Fraslund
Hey, I just saw that on Brothers-Brick as well. I didn't recall the real-life name, but clicking through to his Flickr stream I remembered the MOCs, and that led to the handle Fraslund he used here, which I certainly did remember. He was an active m...

Hey all, Once pictures show up on a store website or sets appear in stores it is no longer a "leak", so we can post photos here. So here you go. Also, I see the release date listed as June 1 in a couple of locations online, so we'll be able to get it in our hands fairly soon. First person ...

Re: Disturbing news about the future of castle
Hey, Just thinking about the previous Lord of the Rings and Hobbits sets. These were not based on the books, but instead were based on the movies. So I assume (though I have not looked into this at all) that the licensing deals were negotiated with New Line Cinema (maybe also with WingNut Films and ...

Re: Lego Material Handler Excavator
This is really cool. I love all of the functionality, like that extendable cab. I was going to say it looks a little too smooth and not "gritty" enough, but doing a google image search on the real thing they actually are pretty smooth. I see a variety of models of the real one. On some the...

Re: Building musings
Hey all, I'm kind of the opposite. When I build (which isn't as often as I'd like by any means), I am building completely for the camera. So if it's an exterior scene I don't care if there is any interior whatsoever. On the flip side my interior scenes are built like a TV studio - three walls and of...

Hey
Is that set there for any reason other than an AFOL to give his AFOL partner on Valentines Day, Mothers Day, or her birthday?

Hey, Just saw this and it's gorgeous. I wish I could see it in person (my sig fig would love to as well :D ), but in the absence of that possibility, I hope you post more pictures to your Flickr stream. There are so many great details to look at. I'll highlight two: The way you used all of the diffe...

Re: Knights of the Black Falcons
Hey,
It's a custom. From his description it sounds like he started with the yellow border Black Falcon shield and ran a green marker around the outside.
