Firstly, sorry for the double post, but wasn't sure an edit to the above would notify...
Anyways, as long as everything goes according to plan, I will be there!
Thanks!

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
FREEBIE UPDATE! I should have done this sooner, but I've been building like crazy and have neglected this thread. Some of you have seen this already but Brickforge is donating contributor packs for the BrickCon Castle display: [snip] I've got some other goodies planned for you as well, but I'll let...

Re: CC Dinner Meet Up 2010
Looks like I am an 'even-more-likely' than before. I'm planning on taking off fairly early from home, but the long drive and old-ish car may have something to say about my presence.

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
Hmm. I would love to say a confident "Yes," but honestly I can't be for sure. This month is shaping up to be ridiculously busy, and I still have other MOCs to complete for things as well. That said, I will not add another thing to my plate before any CC sections. You have first preference....

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
An update on my stuff: My windmill is still just a maybe, but it will most likely be one standard Baseplate, more can be added around it, if need-be. I can also add a road on one or two edges, prolly. I'll also be bringing a hill for Cailyn to use for the sigfig photo. I'm thinking it will be about ...

Re: CC Dinner Meet Up 2010
I'd love to be there, put me down tentatively. (Just because I dunno if we'll make it by then.)

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
Excellent. It's easier to shoot figs on a hill. And in any other context, that sentence would sound REALLY odd. Hey, I work for a video production company, and we tend to forget (often) that the word 'shoot' isn't always the best way to phrase 'film' in public... Case in point: The other day I was ...

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
I will probably be able to put together some hillocks and terrain. Nothing too huge as my travel space will be limited, but I can assemble some hills.plums_deify wrote:...is anyone building a hill?

Re: Castle at BrickCon 2010
Hey Josh! I know I'm late to the party, but I am very much most likely coming and would love to bring some castley stuffins!!! I have several village buildings and am hoping to get that windmill up and running for sure! I have another large-ish display in addition to the TR-57 stuff, but if I have t...

Re: Magnificant Marriage Masks & more..! [FC-SPC]
Thanks guys!
@ Steve: Yeah, I toned down the saturation on the chest, but apparently not enough. The dark red with the gold looks great in person, but not on the camera I used, I see...
That's ok, because personally I'm rooting for the masks myself. The chest was just warm up, I suppose.

Magnificant Marriage Masks & more..! [FC-SPC]
Hey all! I finally had a chance to partake in one of ForbiddenCove.com's seed part challenges , and here are my two entries: Numero uno - The Merciless and Mischievous Captain Morgan's Blood-Red Chest of Dread! (There are two seed pieces on each end, forming the pattern and silhouette of the chest.)...

A Slew of Jolly Roger Entries
Hey all! I finally had a bit more time to build and figured I'd share these with y'all. They were built for the Jolly Roger Contest over on Forbidden Cove. My apologies for the long post, I figured this would be better than individual posts clogging the forum. FYI: ALL IMAGES ARE FLICKR LINKS. First...
