Sorry, I should have been clearer. It is US$150. I'm not sure what the price is in other countries.

Re: Medieval Blacksmith will be a LEGO Ideas set
what did I miss? what 3 in 1 castle set? At this point it is just an unconfirmed rumor. As far as I can tell, a Spanish store briefly had a list of upcoming products on their wibsite for summer 2021 and listed a LEGO 3-in-1 Creator Castle. There were no pictures on that store's website and no offic...

Re: Gate Sizes
Hey, This is a totally unsystematic look, but I just did a search on "castle gate" on Flickr and there are a ton of really beautiful examples that would be great inspirations for builds. Anyway, here are some of the ones with people or cars so you can get a sense of scale: Warwick Castle, ...

Re: LEGO Ideas results January February 2021 - No castle lov
Okay, let's take a look at the third 2020 review group. There are seven sets that are castle, ancient, or related. Re: Medieval Blacksmith will be a LEGO Ideas set
Hey, I'm late to the party, but no one posted pics, so here you go. It's now available for $150. Nice looking set. Good parts and figs. I like that tree. Light-up element for the forge. Levels lift off to access the interior. Bl...

Hey all, So, what recent set would you say is most specifically directed at "us" (here defined as 40+) (I'm 51, for the record). My vote goes to 71374, Nintendo Entertainment System: [img]https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/5011181837...

Usually those January releases are on the shelves of local stores before Christmas. I don't know if COVID affects the distribution schedule though.

CMF series 21 - centaur
Hi all, LEGO released photos of the upcoming Collectible Minifig series 21. The are apparently changing to have 12 rather than 16 figs per series. The one especially useful one for fantasy castle builders is the Centaur. It uses t...

Hey, Bricksfanz has a review of these sets, including close-up photos. Unfortunately the graphic details are mostly stickers, not printed bricks, which is too bad for some of those details like the windows and the shelf ...

Hi all, I was just waxing nostalgic in a comment on a neo-Classic Space MOC on Flickr and thought I'd raise the question here. We've probably discussed this before, but if so it's been a whi...

Re: New Chinese New Year sets
Ooh, good eye. I hadn't looked closely at some of the parts before. Those are nice. I also see this dragon-head piece as an architectural detail on the gate in the Lantern Festival set: Is that new? It looks like it could be...
