Re: LCC - Garheim Official Faction Thread
Jarl is always up for a good party, you're welcome to use him. Thanks for the tips AK! I started a little last night, and the festivities seem to be taking the form of a drinking contest. One much smaller tip, but still cool: when on a hillside, gray adventurer's pith helmets with a few studs in the...

Re: LCC - Loreos LC3 - The Battle of Khor-Hazad
That is really neat. I love the telescope-bridge. The pathway looks a little sloppy for being near an outpost of such importance, but it makes sense, as masonry wouldn't be a strong-point of the Loreos. Keep on Brickin'!

Re: LCC - Garheim Official Faction Thread
Hello, people of Garheim. I'm not really an official member yet, but, I hope to participate in the ongoings of your(our?) lands if and when I am accepted. Just thought that a little introduction was in order. I hope to be able to put something into the global challenge, perhaps a festival honoring t...

What Is Your Brick of Choice?
Once I can procure a some funds, I want to start a project that I consider a SHIP, or in this case, a cathedral. But there are so many different kinds of bricks, and everyone has their personal favorite base brick, the brick that they buy in bulk and use as a go-to brick. Which brick is your 'brick ...

A Simple Mod: Ceremonial Halberd
I was trying to make a pike from one of those Eastern looking pole-arms, and when I was half done, I realized it looked like a Swiss Guard halberd. Just thought I'd share: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7277/6930992630_ece3556c7b_n.jpg Ceremonial Halberd by SPACE MARINE97 , on Flickr http://farm8.sta...

Ninja Dojo
This is a recent MOC of mine. It's a small ninja hideout in the mountains. I'm happy with the cliff, but I don't like how spartan the gate is, so if you folks could give some tips on sprucing up smaller structures, that would be awesome! Enjoy :) http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7264/6930997178_d50a74c...

Re: News: Death of the Classic Horse
It was kinda annoying that the old horse could only trot along, but you do have to admit, the joust would have been a bit ridiculous. FULL TROTTING SPEED AHEAD!
I guess that the old horse is going to greener pastures, so to speak.

Re: LOTR and the hobbit lego
Well, I guess this means no Black Falcons this Summer :( . Sadness and frustration, well, sometimes that's how it goes. Maybe I'll pick up some sets for the Men of Rohan and Gondor. Perhaps the Forest Elf queen will give us a nice new lady torso, which works for me because fleshies=elves in my world...
