Re: 10305 Lion Knight's castle.

Wow. That set is huge, and it has a little bit of everything. Are those thatched roof pieces new? Those and several other pieces I haven’t ever seen before. !!! There are even some Yellow Castle bits in there! No, those thatched roof parts are [url=https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.p...

Re: Castle MOC

Nice job on the landscaping. It's very clean and simple not over done at all. The waterall is very nice, I can really hear the crashing sounds when I look at it. One of the better waterfalls I have seen.

Re: Forestman GWP set

So did anyone else buy enough Lego to get the Forestmen set? I did, and I eagerly await it's arrival.

Forestman GWP set

So who is excited for this extra castle bonus for Lego's 90th? I am, but may be hard to find something to reach the minimum buy.

Very nice. I may consider getting a couple. Always good to have more animals. builds aren't too bad, either. Nothing spectacular, but not bad.

Don't fret too much, the fan voted castle set is still on the way. I see this set as a small way to please multiple fan bases.

Re: The Wolfpack decals

Those are very nice. You definitely nailed the look of a classic torso. If I ever need more wolfpack torsos, I know right where to go! best paert about these is you could use them an any colour of torso.

Re: The Whispering Woods MOCs and figs

I like the snow covered trees. Those can be difficult to pull off at times.

Took me a moment to notice the one tree isn't exactly a tree. I love that minifig tree stump part.

90th anniversary set (No, not that one)

Well, looks like Lego has gone and pleased everyone. https://brickset.com/article/73767/first-lego-90th-anniversary-set-official-images! Of obvious interest to us castle fans, is the mini 375. It's the only castle set shown, but I bet people could build many other sets from parts in this ...

As much as I wish that were true, I think the rumors of it being castle are way more substantial.

I got them all, and the Bard is definitely the best. The acorn boy could easily fit with forestmen as well, maybe with some modification. the other two... Eh, meh.

Re: Which forestman figure do you see as RobinHood?

Call me crazy, but I'd use this one: He seems the jauntiest and most mischievous. I know he's technically Dark Forest, but that's my personal pick. Well, according to Lego racers, that guy is Rob N Hood. 8) Because ...

Re: Which forestman figure do you see as RobinHood?

I don't know where Brickipedia gets there info sometimes. I personally use the one with the red ruffles, but that's almost 100% due to the fact that the first Forestman I got, in a used lot back in the early 2000s, was one of them. If I was to start from scratch, I think It would be a toss up betwee...
