I think he was talking about the old pirates, and why in the world do you like minifig packs? They're nothing but primitive action sets.Nick wrote:Well, I very much dislike the new pirate theme. However, I don't dislike minfig packs, in fact I consider them to be quite valuable.

I don't understand where you've got the idea from, but its pretty cool looking. That's good. I don't get inspitation from only one source, rather, I see something I would like to do [in this case, attatch a chain to the back of the minifig] and try to find a way to do it. Welcome fellow slicer and ...

That looks ok, I like it. The left side could use some sprucing up, i think, if you have any trees <no pun intended>, and maybe some trans-clear or trans-blue on the waterfall. The keep needs a roof, I think, and is there a door? I can't see from your pictures... Maybe some rock wall along the back,...

Just what I was thinking. That said, I don't really like any of the others as 'minifig weapons' but I have a feeling we'll have a lot of cut-up parts in the Castle Customs...SavaTheAggie wrote: THIS ONE is PERFECT for a razor pendulum.

Re: A new Slave 1?
Interesting stuff. IG-88 is made from metal-colored abs, can be useful. Dengar is the most useful. Is Ig-88 shiny chrome or just metallic? I agree, many figs with 'space armor' <cough>JangoFett<cough> find their way into my army as heroes or something. Dengar looks quite useful. http://www.brickshe...

Ok, I spoke out too harshly against this set. i suppose it's to small to be judged independently, as it is best as an addition to other, larger, sets. Isn't this what we've been asking for? A cheap set with soldier[s] in it for army building? However, I dislike the wolf's design, it is too technic,...

Studded Armor
Hello! This is my second post on CC, I have been lurking here a while though. I'd like to make my debut with a custom peice of armor. I have for too long based my armor/weapons knowledge on video games like Warcraft, and, looking back, this is rediculously oversised, especially in this pic: http://w...

My first post, and my first set! I love this set. I don't understand the problem everyone has with the Dragon Masters, they were my first [and only] faction for quite some time. As for the inaccuracies, I just fix them myself. Lego has done several carts but this is one of the few [if any] chariots....
