Avatar upload issue

Hey all,

I'm having an issue uploading a new avatar. I'm trying to upload this avatar-

-but when I attempt to upload it from that URL, I get the following error message:

Unable to upload file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 251
File : usercp_avatar.php

When I tried hosting it somewhere else, I got another error message, saying that there was no data at that URL.

Your file size is too large. I forget what the maximum limit is, but try reducing yours to 10 KB.

I think that Troy changed it to 20KB recently.

I think that Troy changed it to 20KB recently.

Excellent. His avatar is 20.55 KB, so it just needs to be reduced slightly to work.
