How to change my email?

Hi, I'm a classic-castle stalker. I have browsed through this site multiple times over and found plenty of interesting, and sometimes informative posts and topics. I once joined here under a username which I have long forgotten. Well, you might say that's fine and dandy but I used the email "sykoslash@yahoo.com" and that is the one I use normally. To join here again I had to create a new email. I would like to know if there is anyway that the other account could be deleted so I could use that email with this new username "Sir Ruvan"?
