i am knew here and i want to know how many posts it takes to get to the next "rank" thank you

You should've read the Admin announcements - updated September 25, 2006 thread stickied in this section of the forum, and/or used the search function to find the Forum Ranks thread. Then you would have known this:

I would encourage you not to focus on the forum ranks and number of posts, but more the content of your posts.

Starts good discussions and thoughts.
Spelling/Grammar.

If you do that, your posts overtime will add up, but post count and ranks should not matter than much.

If you haver have something constructive to say about the original thread question "how many posts it takes to get to the next "rank" ", then please do post it.
